The Traditional Arts of Morelia, Yakima’s Sister City
February 3 - December 23, 2004
This exhibit features a variety of original arts and crafts from Morelia, Yakima's sister city and the capitol of Michoacan, the south-central Mexican state where many Valley residents have their ethnic roots. On exhibit are arts and crafts media such as ceramics, textiles, wood-carving, copperware, ironwork, and lacquerware.
