Yakima Valley Museum

This year, the Yakima Valley Museum’s 11th annual premier fundraiser celebrates the agricultural roots of the Valley while shining a light on our growing and evolving food culture.  And who better to cater this year’s dinner than our friends from the iconic Gasperreti’s Restaurant in perhaps their final big catering event before their new partnership with Cowiche Canyon Kitchen begins.  We’ve asked Gasperreti’s to create a special menu that combines wonderful and sophisticated flavors with a deep appreciation for ingredients and dishes that are tied to the history and cultures of the region.
Silent and live auctions will focus on culinary delights and experiences.

Music will be provided during the evening by the Joe Brooks Trio.

Thursday, October 26, 5:30 to 8:30 PM.

History never tasted so good!

Tribute to Gasperetti’s Restaurant
With this year's Red into Black theme being "A Culinary Journey through the Valley," the museum thought it would be fitting to honor the iconic restaurant of Yakima, Gasperetti’s. For more than 50 years Gasperetti’s has been the standard-bearer for fine dining in the Valley, both raising the culinary profile of the region and being the site of countless everyday meals and celebratory events. Please join us in honoring this historic institution.
