 A Victorian Picnic at the Gilbert House Thursday, July 15, 2004 During the Victorian era, it became popular to escape the formal rituals, and enjoy the summer days at a picnic with friends. We invite you to join us for a picnic on the grounds of the Gilbert House. Come enjoy Victorian-style food and drink and a game of croquet while listening to The Canyon River Band. Tickets are $8.00, or $5.00 for children 12 and under. Advance reservations are encouraged. You may purchase tickets at the front desk of the Yakima Valley Museum or by calling 248-0747. |
