Western movie posters and artifacts from the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. This exhibit will also feature local stories connected with Hollywood westerns such as The Hanging Tree, Yakima Canutt and Nipo Strongheart. Making a Home
The pioneer cabin tells the story of the Mattoon family, whose cabin was built in 1869 and still stands today. The interior of the exhibit includes many artifacts relating to early life in the Yakima Valley. |

H.M. Gilbert Homeplace
This historic house was built in 1898 by Horace M. Gilbert. The Gilbert House is available for group tours and has two special events each year, including the Victorian Christmas. |

Time Tunnel
The Time Tunnel provides a glimpse of the Yakima Valley 10,000 to 25 million years ago. This was when our present local landscape was formed in a drama of lava flows and great glacial floods. |
