The use of logos and slogans on clothing is unique to the
last half of the 1900s. Cheap fabric printing techniques have
made it possible for almost any piece of clothing to become a
"walking billboard." The most common such advertising
is found on T-shirts and caps. Displayed here is some of the
museum's collection of items, all of which were designed to market
events throughout the Yakima Valley.
