Has round neck edged with lace, lace yoke front and back, threaded with ribbon. Back opening, buttons, four rows of smocking below yoke. At hem 2 rows of lace insertion and 6" band of lace at bottom. 3/4 gathered sleeves with lace edging and threaded ribbon. Dress was made for Lewis P. Forster in 1921.
