Square collar V front, ties, button front opening, sleeves, cuffs, breast patch pocket. Pants lightly gathered at waistband, opening each side, buttons, legs gathered with elastic below knees, small open fly.

As a presbyterian minister, James Bell would later serve in 1982 as interim pastor at the First Presbyterian church in Yakima.
